The room was very spacious and the bathroom was clean and they provided very high quality shampoo and body wash. Lastly, I love the history of this property. Highly recommend this Warders hotel. If you are visiting Perth, you should stay here rather than Perth City centre."

"This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life! I have never encountered such a terrible hotel, or perhaps I shouldn't even call it a hotel; it's more like a room in a bar. First of all, there are no hotel staff here. There is no one working at the reception room. If you need anything, you have to go to the bar to find the waiters for assistance. Our room is right above the bar, and it is not soundproof at all. You can clearly hear the music and party noise from the bar, making it impossible to rest. The movement of guests (probably due to opening/closing doors and collisions) constantly shakes our door. When we inquired at the bar late at night, the waiter said they clearly mentioned that the music would stop by 12 AM, but this is not true! We booked through hotxls.com, and the website did not indicate that this was a bar with such noisy music and party sounds. Major hotel agencies and the official hotel website did not mention this either. Even after 12 AM, there were still activities and conversations from the bar staff, preventing us from resting all night. In addition to the noise and the constantly shaking door, the room is very bright even with the lights off. Please see the photos. We left around 6 AM, and the waiters had not started working yet. There was no one to check us out, so we had to leave the room key in the room and leave."
