“The Federal House was clean and had everything so you didnt have to worry about bringing linens, kitchenware, coffeemaker, hairdryer etc. Driving to downtown Cooperstown was a breeze, along with shops and places to eat right outside our door. ”

My only complaint is the kitchen is really lacking. We enjoyed the overall space, and the kitchen itself was modern and nice. However, it was stocked with only a basic pot and pan set, which made cooking more than the simplest meals very difficult. “The property was a great three bedroom with plenty of space for our 4 family members just 7 minutes away from All Star Village. The property owners were responsive and fixed our internet immediately when it wasn't working and the check in and out was very easy.”

“Great place to stay for my grandsons baseball tournament at Cooperstown All-star village. It’s about 5-7 minutes away from the fields. A couple of restaurants within walking distance. A short drive to downtown Oneonta where they have some cute shops and plenty of restaurants (note that most of the stores are closed on Mondays). Also a short drive to the mall, Walmart and chain restaurants. The apartment has everything you need, although I couldn’t find a cutting board, but plenty of pots and……

“Wonderful property! We stayed here while our son played at All Star Village. The house is clean and well stocked. Fluffy bath towels, wonderful bed linens, stocked kitchen and accessories like coolers and umbrellas for the games. It’s awesome to stay so close to village, as my husband is coach so it’s such a quick drive in-out to drop him off and easy to get home to the ac to cool off between games. The owners are so nice and hospitable! Very much recommend this to anyone coming to Oneonta!!”
