「Beautiful property. The steak house was very good but pricey. Very fun place.」

「Wonderful property. Not very far outside of Elicotville village.」

「Perfect location and comfortable stay」

「Amazing experience from start to finish!! We were personally taken care of by the very thoughtful owners. What a wonderful property and location- the restaurant at the property was delicious! Everything was tasteful and spotless, we will definitely return and tell everyone about it. The beds and pillows were so perfect and the cleanliness was top notch. When in Ellicotville make this your destination!」

「We love staying here!」

「Great property」

「Outside looked a little blah. Not bad, but maybe spruced up a bit through landscaping a such. Check in was fast, and staff were pleasant. Inside lobby was clean. Rooms were clean and had comfortable beds. Room had a chair and loveseat, small kitchen area. It was pretty quiet. 24 hr free shuttle to the casino which was great. Breakfast area was great, however the breakfast itself was underwhelming. Everything looked like boxed, frozen, processed, heat and serve stuff which didn’t look appealing....

「its a very cute place. enjoyed the pool and hot tub. many of the light fixtures do not work. the drain in the bathroom sink was EXTREMELy slow」

「Denny was readily available to answer my questions. Appreciated the restaurant suggestions he gave. Wildflower 16 was just the right amount of space for the 2 of us.」

「Wonderful condo! Great location, perfectly described with lots of amenities not listed. Easy check in. Stacey is a great host and we look forward to staying again! Great off season value too. So nice to just relax but also lots to do!」

「I traveled with my dog and was with her 100% of the time. The owner claimed my dog damaged his property -yet didn't even state what damage was supposedly done. Clearly, he was just trying to milk me for more money. I highly recommend staying away from this property. Frankly, the amount charged was way too much to begin with. Stay here at your own risk.」

「Very nice hosts ! It’s more of a 3 minute drive to the resort but the condo was clean with lots of amenities ! Shampoos, coffee etc ! It be perfect in the Fall / Winter but with temps in the 80 s , it would have been nice to have AC but the fan provided did a nice job ! Can’t say enough with the communication and hospitality of the host ! 5 stars」

「“This place is absolutely awesome! The rooms are very nice and super clean. The hospitality was outstanding – welcoming, and always ready to help. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and great service.”」

「The place is great, also the host is a great person thanks again for your hospitality」

「Very responsive hosts. Tidy and easy access. Thanks!」

「Great place to host multiple families with separate suites. Suite 102 could use a door or hanging curtain to separate the main bedroom from the shared bathroom and shower hallway.」

「Very enjoyable stay…would definitely stay there again!」

「The Vrbo was great. Highly recommend if attending events nearby in Ellicottville or at Holiday Valley. The environment was pristine and quiet.」
