「Great location. Both the home and the owner are very welcoming. 」

「Everything was perfect. The kitchen had all the utensils, pots and pans that we needed. Property was very clean. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. We especially loved sitting on the porch and drinking our coffee!」

「The place was clean and very well equipped. The furnishings were comfortable. A thing to keep in mind - the exact address sometimes is not available within Google maps. We had to try putting in few locations before finding the right directions. The host gave clear instructions the day before check-in and access to the property was simple and easy. The location is few minutes from Tannersville and ideal for folks visiting the Catskill attractions- the falls, North Lake etc. It's peaceful and...

「The location was good. I was notified 1 day before i got there that the refrigerator had stopped working. Its listed as a 1 bedroom but it's more like a studio that they built half of a wall and put sliding barn door on. No privacy from anyone staying in the livingroom. The fake leather on the couch is peeling off and looks completely dirty. The flooring was full of dirt and sticky. Shower drain had lots of hair in it. Yuck!!! I would definitely not recommend it. 」

「Great instructions and great location. Perfect size and amenities for family of 5.」

「This condo apartment was perfect for our group of four people. The owner was easily available prior to our arrival to answer questions and grant our special requests. The 3 skiers were thrilled to be able to walk to the Briar Patch trail in 5 minutes by traversing the condo parking lot. And we were all happy to be greeted by a complimentary array of cereal packs, instant oatmeal, gummy fruit snacks and drinks! The condo is extremely well-equipped with multiple thermostats to keep you comfortable....

「The Hosts were friendly, welcoming and accommodating! Everything was perfect. The condo was spotless and exactly as represented in the listing. 」

「The condo was as listed with a great kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and living room, and decent outdoor space. The property is very nice with a great pool and hot tubs, nice sauna and steam room, and decent gym. The onsite restaurant and bar is a nice option to have on property, and the proximity to Hunter Mountain can't be beat.」
