“Everything from check in, check out, communication and amenities was excellent during our stay. Laurie and her husband Pat were amazing property managers. It snowed while we were staying and Pat plowed the driveways and salted the walkways. We forgot a few items and Laurie was kind enough to mail them back to us. I can’t say enough about our wonderful trip. We’ll definitely try to stay here again. ”

House was immaculately clean and neat with thoughtful modern touches, like a touch sensor thermostat and lamps and an impressive array of coffee making equipment. Jessica was an awesome communicator. Easy place to stay and enjoy the beauty that upstate NY offers.”

We had a chance to check out the historic John Burroughs site (what a view!) and bought fresh farm produce and meats at a nearby D & D Farm. Geoffrey and Powell has everything you would need during the stay in a top notch shape.”

“We had a wonderful visit at the Stone Cottage. We were in the area for a baseball tournament. This cottage was perfect respite for a few moms and their daughters between baseball games. The cottage is 30 minutes from Cooperstown Allstar Village. The cottage was very clean and the property well kept. The kids loved feeding the horses, seeing the chickens, exploring the grounds, and catching frogs in the pond. The house care takers, Tabatha and Stephen were very kind, helpful, and responsive.
