“We didn’t use the fire place. The kitchen was well equipped. The host, when I finally got to speak with him was very responsive, kind and helpful, more than Expedia or Vbro. I was never told that I needed the app but could check in another way which I tried multiple times . Because of that I never received the lockbox code. I was able to reach the host and he was very helpful and wanting to make sure that we had what we needed. Suggestions: Leave a copy of the checkout list in the condo.”
