「My family and I stayed here for 6 days and it truly could not have been better. We'd never been to the area, but were looking for a mellow "beach" experience and this delivered beyond our dreams. The access to the water is so easy, every detail of the room we stayed in was charming. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and all, they do a great job managing the temperature of the home especially in the middle of summer. 「The unit was clean and easy to find. Check in was not a problem. It is located between the center of town and the Inn at Holiday Valley. The only thing I would recommend is replacing the chairs on the deck putside of the main bedroom. We did not use the chairson the first floor outside. 」

「Overall we enjoyed our stay. We had a few oroblems that came up during our stay. We had fun in the pool and hot tub. A very relaxing and quiet location.」

「We enjoyed a long weekend at Holiday Valley and really appreciated the convenience of ski in/out here. Short drive to Ellicottville for shopping, restaurants and coffee. The property was tidy and served us well. The condo unit is in a building with other condos, so there was the expected occasional noise related to that— mostly hearing the neighbors walking around. We’re glad we stayed here and would visit again. 」

「I was skiing at HV all week. I wanted a place close by the resort with a full kitchen. Everything was clean and worked well. I was great for one person.」

「My wife and I went there for a weekend and we just loved the place. Right in town. It’s nice that you have your own parking spot. We didn’t use our car all weekend. We walked everywhere. The beds were super comfortable and it was perfect for our weekend.」

「Rooms were clean and when we had a problem in the first room they switched us to a new room fast. Great customer service. Town was nice and had great places for eating. Close enough to Buffalo and Niagra Falls, we took a short drive and enjoyed a day there. Allegany State Park was amazing with lots of trails and lake to make a good day. 」
