“Annual tr(Ale) Cru weekend (centered around a day hike, then a brewery) with 11 family members, ages 22-63. “Looney Rooms” was the best rental we have used. Plenty of space, in town but with a nice buffer to neighbors, and a really cool decor. Will definitely be back. ”

Wonderful place to meet up with friends, and share in the excitement of Game Day on the huge outdoor TV on the deck. Communication with host was easy and fast when needed. Exceeded expectations and it's as nice as the pictures! Would definitely recommend and/or return!”

“Great house right on the lake. Lots of room for cooking and spending time together. Sun room, deck and firepit were our favorites. The dining room table was a great spot for playing board games. Very convenient location to walk to Bemus Point, short drive to Long Point State Park, Panama Rocks, Chautauqua Institute and Jamestown. Very clean and well maintained. The host was prompt in answering any questions. ”
