Hotels in Town of New Scotland

"This is not like other hotels. Check in was quick and they were very helpful. We asked questions about parking and the desk clerk was very helpful. They offered complimentary fruit and water. Our room was better than I could have ever expected. It was spotless and quiet. We had a kitchen with a full size refrigerator and even a dishwasher! My girls and I ordered door dash because we wanted to enjoy our room as opposed to going out. This is the second time we stayed there for a show at the palace. And we will be back. My favorite hotel ever by far."

"Staff not helpful at all. We walked by the office 3 times looking for our room - never once did he ask if we needed assistance. When we did ask he abruptly just said that way. Would not intentionally stay here again"

"Totally bamboozled! Hotel is a shelter for families transitioning to permanent housing! Everything is old! Broken and nasty! Would definitely NOT recommend this area unless you cool with the ghetto.."
