"Had a great stay. Beautiful house that’s bigger than the pictures. The indoor of the house looked like it had been updated recently. It had ample kayaks and canoes, and lots of privacy. Comfortable beds, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Enjoyed the firewood that was provided to make a cozy fire. Not far from the small town of Tupper Lake for groceries or dinner out, but really feels secluded. We were impressed by how big and private Gull Pond was. Highly recommend! "

"Perfect place for friends or family. The place was very well described and clean, though the pictures do not do it justice. Huge living room and screened in porch made a rainy weekend a dream during a get away with friends, and the access to the river was easy enough (not recommended for elderly). Nice location to store kayaks by river so no issue there. Perfect cooking space for both outdoor and indoor, absolutely no problem cooking feasts for our large group."

"We had an amazing stay at the boathouse on Tupper Lake. It was clean, safe, conveniently located close to town, mountains, hiking trails, and a beautiful spot on the water. Scott, the owner, was very helpful and attentive. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"
