“The property was beautiful and has great beach access! Also had a wonderful swimming pool and multiple areas to sit around a fire or just hang out. Plenty of grills on the property as well! The inside of the room was clean and smelled nice. The floors were dirty and I couldn’t walk around barefoot without them getting dirty. There were no tissues or napkins/paper towels of any sort the only paper product there was toilet paper. Could at least use tissues. Otherwise no complaints the staff were……

“Clean and comfortable. Not too expensive. Location, location, location! Convenient to everything you're likely to want to do in Ticonderoga. The pool and hot tub are nice amenities. If they have a gym, I didn't see it. Perhaps it's on the second floor? Breakfast is included; and it's really pretty good. My companion noted that the egg omelets all seemed to include cheese. I guess if you're lactose intolerant that could be an issue- probably the hot foods should be labeled. The restaurant / bar……

“We recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. The biggest disappointment was that the property looked quite different from the photos online. The rooms and overall space felt much smaller than what was portrayed in the pictures, which was misleading.On the positive side, the location is excellent, right by a beautiful, clean beach. The pool area was nice and enjoyable, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. There is room for improvement……
