"The lean to and surrounding property looked fantastic on the listing, but it was even better than we anticipated. This place had everything we needed to make our stay fun and enjoyable. We stayed for five days and it went by too fast. We hope to come back again."

"This was a beautiful cozy place. So Lovely decorated. With little kitchenette amenities enough to fix simple breakfast/ lunch. A table to sit at. Nice clean modern bathroom. Nice entrance. Private. Close to hikes (25-30 minutes from LOJ trail head parking. It allowed me to bring my dog. It was perfect for what we needed. Host was very responsive to any questions. I’d stay again without hesitation. "

"The house was very clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. You’ll be within walking distance of downtown Saranac Lake. Also, there are canoe rentals and hiking close by. Finally, there are plenty of restaurants within driving distance or grocery stores if you wish to eat-in. "

"Kathy's Cabin on the lake was the perfect getaway for our family. The cabin is cozy, rustic, and familial. We played games, grilled, watched the action on the lake from the boat house. What a location! The view from the property and from the boat house porch is beautiful - lake, mountains, islands. We brought our boat and were able to dock it at the cabin which made each days' excursions so easy! Kathy is very accommodating and welcoming.
