Spring Break in the Smokies

We’ve rented this place 3-times now. Each time it has proven to be a peaceful refuge after long days of hiking. The owners are very responsive. Highly recommended.

Very enjoyable condo

We stayed a few days after a bbq competition that we competed in over the weekend in Maryville. The location was very nice and neighbors that live there were extremely nice and helpful. We've always stayed in either Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg and this was the first time in Townsend. This area is more our style! More peaceful and less congested and not that far away from Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. We'll definitely be back

Excellent vacation

This is our second time renting this unit. Wonderful location (close to Cades Coves), clean, and quiet neighborhood. Like a home away from home . We had no communication with Property Manager but this survey makes you enter a rating.

Quick weekend stay

Me and a friend rented this place for a weekend stay to hike with a group. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed well stocked. The condo was clean and shampoo/conditioner was provided. There is only one soap per bathroom so you have to move it from the shower to the sink. Beds were a little hard but doable for a short stay. Overall, I would stay here again. I really liked that the community was gated.

Quiet side of the Smokies.

Quiet. Easy to get to. Beds were not comfortable. Mattresses were hard. Bare necessities, no coffee which seemed to be indicated in the information sheet.
