We loved staying here. We would definitely stay here again if we came here. We loved being near Townsend. It really is the peaceful side. Condo was perfect for us and the bed was so comfortable. Bring your own salt and pepper and other condiments you want.

Great place to stay

Beautiful, peaceful gated community. Very clean spacious apartment, all as described.Being from the UK we were disappointed that there was no tea kettle, and a Keurig coffee maker seems to be the norm in most places we have stayed, so that would have been convenient.The Wi-Fi detail provided was incorrect, but we managed to figure it out. The 10 digit door code caused us an issue on entering the property a couple of time, but was ok once we got the hang of it.All in all, a great place to stay, brilliant location and very spacious, clean apartment.Thank you!

Perfect Location & Super Clean

Very lovely condo. Super clean with great furnishings, smart TV's and beautiful bedding. We love the mountains and University of Tennessee football. Great location close to hiking and then a short drive to the game. We had a great experience!

Excellent Location & Stay!

Townsend was the perfect location for our stay. What a charming town - beautiful scenery, great choice of restaurants, cute shops. SO glad we chose to stay here. The condo was very clean, well equipped, and comfortable. We look forward to booking again.

Great condo

We loved staying at this condo. It was “off the beaten path” but still close to everything we wanted to go see. It honestly seemed more residential than vacation, which we loved. We arrived at night and had a little trouble locating the condo in the neighborhood, and the keypad to enter the condo took some getting used to. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean. We have a 4 year old and loved the ability for her to move freely that we don’t get in a hotel. The pool was empty for the most part so the days we went down to swim, we had the whole pool to ourself. Definitely recommend this property!

Great condo on the Peaceful Side

Property was very nice and secluded. Quick/Easy access to all that Townsend has to offer. Quiet condo complex with beautiful views. Peaceful side of the mountain but still only 30 minutes from the many activities in Pigeon Forge. A few things kept me from giving 5 stars- Floors were a bit dirty, TV in second bedroom wasn’t working, and no Keurig coffee machine. Overall, it was a pleasurable stay with no major issues. Would recommend!

Not specific on location and lots of issues entering and exiting unit!!! Don't go through Vacasa their customer service will hang up on you.... and more than once if you have any issues.

A perfect location

Townsend is our favorite place to stay in the Smokies. This condo offers a great location, plenty of space for a family and comfortable sleeping. We will be back!

Beautiful Condo

The photos online were accurate, the condo was beautiful and in a private, secure location. My granddaughter and I were very well pleased. The only issue is the driveway entrance at night. We could barely see it.

Great location, very clean, and good value!

Our young family spent a long weekend in this 2 bedroom condo and had a great time. We frequently visit the Smokies so we are very familiar with the area and knew what to expect staying in Townsend. Condo: Very new and well kept place. Extremely clean; much cleaner than what we have experienced in past rentals (even though I wouldn’t consider our past rentals as dirty, just not spotless). One item that is worth noting is the smoke alarms. They went off every time the oven was opened even though there wasn’t the slightest hint of smoke or even smell that we could discern. We cooked every meal so this got annoying pretty quickly. Especially with two small kids. Not sure if different alarms could be tried or not but it certainly was an annoyance for us. Not sure if other units could hear the alarms or not. Other than that the place was great. Not a deal breaker. Especially if you plan not use the oven much or at all. We didn’t have any issues using the stove. Kitchen had the basics covered; most things you would need to make a basic meal. Not stocked with every gadget, but enough. Bathrooms were clean and in good condition Appliances were brand new and clean. Furniture was comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Condo is on the second floor with only stair access. Parking is right in front of the unit. Very quiet area with houses around and full time occupancy of some of the units. So quiet in fact that I felt we may be making a bit of a racquet with our young’ns, but the unit seemed to be well sound insulted. Location: Access to the park, particularly Cades Cove is second to none. We decided to stay in Townsend to avoid the Gatlinburg fall chaos. It paid off for sure! 5 minutes to the park, 25-30 to Cades Cove. You can’t beat that. Easy in our with a coded gate and door combination. Townsend is definitely growing and has more than a few food options. We cooked all our meals so I can’t comment on the local restaurants. Marysville is ~25 minutes away and has larger grocery stores and a bunch more food options (chain and local) if the Townsend options just aren’t cutting it for you. All in all I would highly recommend; great value for the location and how new the unit is. I debated 4 stars due to the smoke alarm but instead gave 5 because that really was the only issue we had, and it was annoying but minor.

Second time staying!

We enjoyed this condo so much the first time we stayed here, we booked it again for another trip. We enjoyed it equally as well our second visit. It's perfect for our family. Plenty of room, perfect amenities, and ideal location. The neighbors are always super friendly and welcoming, as well. We will likely look at booking again for our next trip to Townsend, as we see no reason to look elsewhere!

Amazing, modern condo on the quiet side of the Smokies

We loved this place. We visit the area at least once a year and usually stay in a cabin. My husband always leaves the arrangements up to me as to where we stay. As soon as we arrived, he high-fived me and said “great job, baby!!” as he was so impressed with this condo. Clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We love the Townsend area…quiet and beautiful but close enough to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the “touristy” stuff if that’s what you’re into. The neighbors were kind and friendly. The community felt safe, and we’ve just booked the same condo for another trip in the Fall.

NICE DECOR, GOOD LOCATION, COULD BE BETTER

NICELY DECORATED, NICE VIEWS, QIUET, GOOD LOCATION... WITH SOME FOLLOW THROUGH WOULD BE MUCH BETTER. NEED NEW CLEANING SERVICE. THE FRONT DOOR AND BALCONY WERE COVERED IN DEBRIS. HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED. BACK SPLASH BY STOVE HAS STREAKS BUILD UP FROM COOKING. CABINET FRONTS AND KITCHEN DRAWERS NEED TO BE CLEANED, INCLUDING SILVERWARE ORGANIZER. VEGETABLE PEELER MISSING. NO KLEENEX, 1 ONLY 1 EXTRA ROLL OF TOILET PAER, NO TRASH BAGS. WE WERE TOLD WHEN WE CALLED VACASA, THAT THERE WAS LAUNDRY SUPPLIES, THERE WERE NOT. FRONT DOOR WAS STUCK UPON ARRIVING, LOOSE DOOR HANDLE. MATTRESS PAD AND SHEETS ON KING NEED TO BE DEEP POCKET. EVERY NIGHT THEY BOTH CAME OFF CORNERS. GATE CODE GIVEN DID NOT WORK HAD TO USE ## AND THE NUMBER TO MAKE IT WORK. OTHERWISE IT CALLED SOMEONE WHO WAS NEVER THERE. TOOK A FEW DAYS TO FIGURE IT OUT...THE CODE GIVEN NEVER WORKED. IT WAS A BIT FRUSTRATING, BUT IN MY 29 YEARS IN THE TRAVEL INDUSTRY, I THINK IT IS THE FAULT OF PROPERTY MANAGER AND THE CLEANING SERVICE THEY USE. DETAILS ARE OVER LOOKED.
