We liked how this place was like home and had similar amenities provided. It was just a 30 minute drive to pigeon forge to shop til we dropped. Very quiet and people very friendly even invited us to fire pit at night at nearby river which was nice.

Condo was great!! Nice creek behind condo very relaxing!! Plenty of towels and amenities - a small dishwashing liquid would be great for those that only have coffee cups or spoons to wash. We would definitely book again!

Great Condo!

Great Location!! Quite, clean and a wonderful deck with rocking chairs that looked out over the river. Close to Cades Cove which we visited twice during our stay. Apple Valley Cafe was just across the street where we enjoyed a great meal on the patio with our small dog. We hope to visit again in the fall. Would recommend the condo to anyone who wants a quite getaway.

Great Location

Pros: Location! If you want to stay on the quiet side of the Smokies then you are right in the middle of it. The pool was very nice and the property backs up to Little River, which is delightful. Cons: The bed is hard, the place needs some maintenance/paint, only 5 towels were given and there is no washer/dryer.

Long weekend away

Townsend is a peaceful small town. The condo is on the river. A deck with rocking chairs is on the back side of the building facing the river. Great place to sit, relax, meet other people that live in the building. We chatted with one of the residents while we were sitting on the deck and learned a lot about the area and the condos. If you are looking for a place that is peaceful, away from the crowd of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, then this is the place for you.

Beautiful Place at First Glance

We were very pleased with the location and quietness and amneties . A place to store clothes would be a big plus. Especially for stays longer than one night . The extra linens in the closet do not seem to be laundered after each previous tenant . The spare blanket in the closet had a used bandaid stuck to it . I wound definitely stay again if the cleanliness is addressed .

Shouldn’t be this hard

There were issues from the start with this company. No additional pet fee was disclosed when I booked through Expedia. I was told that even though it was their error I had to pay. I couldn’t cancel, non refundable. They did reduce the fee after very much debate and 2 different amounts quoted. The condo was amazing but the cable wasn’t working. The HDMI cable was too short. When I reported it I was told they would be out. They were never out. It was never fixed. I do believe this had been an issue previously. There was a spot of black mold on the baseboard outside the shower. Again the condo was great, I was there to get away from everything and it was big enough for me. The customer service was very much lacking.
