Excellent Long Weekend Stay
Wife and I stayed here for Memorial Day weekend to check in on our local property and spend a few days relaxing in the Smokies. Very roomy, incredibly clean and well appointed unit close to everything in the area, would recommend and consider booking again on our next trip down.

Relaxing, safe place to stay!
This was a great property. Very clean. Well decorated...comfortable furniture. Nice deck in back! We were only in for one night, but it had everything anyone would need for a longer stay. Also, many good restaurants close by. Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend this place for anyone staying and visiting the smokey mountains. Close to the park entrance, good food in the area, nice quiet neighborhood. The place itself was very nice, clean, and had everything you would need.

We had a lovely stay, and if you are staying in Townsend and wish to be close to the park, this cannot be beat. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, spices, etc., the facilities are modern, and parking is great.

Totally loved the weekend. Our only glitch was turning in the exit. I can take a joke and laugh at my own mistakes. We are already looking for an opportunity to get back. We loved our stay and the chance to relax.

The condos are practically brand new! Really really nice! I didn't know ahead of time that trailer parking is about 4 properties up at the main rec center. One of the residents filled me in and was very polite. Very nice place overall.

Nice condo, well managed
My family (wife, son, daughter in law, granddaughter) spent two nights at this condo as we were in town to see a concert (at the Dancing Bear- also excellent). The space was clean and well furnished. In addition, my wife lost a necklace at the condo, which was promptly turned in by the cleaning person, who also arranged to send it to us. I highly recommend Townsend as well as the condo we stayed in.

Great spring break travelling
The property was very clean and loaded with supplies. We got everything we needed. We had good time in the GSNP for our spring break. The only drawback is the location of the property, it is about one hour away from the main attractions of the park.

Love the peaceful side of the smokies
The condo was beautiful. The kitchen is well furnished with everything you need to cook with. The beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had was housekeeping did not do a good job of cleaning. The floor hadn't been swept or mopped. I had to sweep and reclean the bathroom myself. When you pay a cleaning fee you expect it to be cleaned really good. I would be hiring a different cleaning crew if I owned it.
