"One thing that would be helpful is better information on the Airport bus. Either a sign where the airport bus picks up (it’s right in front of the entrance) or a flyer/hand out that says that would be helpful. Internet searches stated that I needed to wait at a bus stop out on the street in front of the hotel which was not correct. As a result, I almost missed the bus and my flight. Other than that hiccup, it was a great experience."

"I traveled from Las Vegas to Tokyo for a wedding. Then I flew up to Hokkaido and finally to Wakkanai. When I arrived at the hotel the attendant called someone to give me a ride to the konbini to gather supplies. She also scheduled a taxi for me the next morning. We exchanged gifts and I told her I’d be back with loved ones. If you are an adventurer this is a great place to put on your list. I only wish I could’ve tried the food in the restaurant."
