Independent Toyotomi hotels

"This property was built in the mid nineties in western fashion in the rooms so expect roominess, a closet and drawers! The lobby is very nice and meticulously kept, the walkway up to the hotel needs some TLC and my room heat could not be turned down so the room was much too hot. The staff was very welcoming friendly and helpful. You will need some skill with a translator app to communicate with them well however. I would stay here again if I need to. "

"Always a fan of Dormy Inn. The Wakkanai location was easy to get to - just a few blocks from Wakkanai Starion - and had decent dining options within a block of the hotel (useful in the dead of winter when we went). The onsen features both and indoor and outdoor bath on the top floor."

"Very quiet town. There is a curfew for this hotel and I think it is for the safety for all the guests in the hotel. Facilities itself, very limited washing machine and dryer. So I reckon it is better to plan your time well. The bath Onsen was basic. "
