"Pros: you can use Hyatt Regency hotel’s amenities. The unit is roomy and on the beach, the kitchen has everything to cook a quick meal. We loved the balcony. Cons: buggies/golf carts don’t provide you any services because your unit is not associated with the hotel. One of our key cards never worked from the minute we checked in, the host knows about it. "This place is awesome and close by the beach within a minute to two walk only. The staff was super friendly and always keep the house clean everyday with fresh new towels and blankets. Xuân, who greeted us when we arrived there. Was super friendly, thoughtful, and helpful through-out our stay there with all our needs. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. "We stayed at the Novotel Danang Premier Han River for one night, and the highlight of our stay was watching the fireworks from the rooftop Sky36 bar. We’re from Vancouver, so experiencing something like that was incredibly special and honestly one of the coolest parts of our trip. Staying at the hotel made it so convenient to enjoy the show without having to deal with the crowds. The room was clean, comfortable, and the shower pressure was excellent. The property itself is a bit dated and could benefit from some renovations. Our shower curtain was noticeably dirty, and when we mentioned it to the staff, they were extremely kind and quick to offer a solution. We ultimately decided not to pursue it since we were only staying one night, but we really appreciated how seriously they took our concern and their willingness to make things right. As a larger hotel, don’t expect the same personalized hospitality you might find at some of Vietnam’s boutique hotels, but the staff were still friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the rooftop fireworks experience alone made our stay memorable, and the hotel’s location and convenience were major advantages."

"We used this as our base in central Vietnam. Lovely hotel that’s a short walking distance to My Khe beach (2-3 min) without the beachfront prices. There are many restaurants supermarkets etc nearby. Staff were always super friendly and helpful even loaning me a watch charger. Overall excellent value and would definitely stay again."

"Everything was excellent ! Food was good and no tummy problem, room was nice and super clean. The beach was beautiful with long stretch white sand , can’t find a single rock, and the water was calm like swimming in a pool. Everyone we met at the hotel lobby or on the beach, bar or kitchen was very polite and attentive to customers. We like to thank you Diem , Luận , Hoài and many other hotel staffs for the great services that they have provided to us. It has been a great experience and unforgettable vacation here at Furama. We will sure come back for the next vacation."
