「We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Saga Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with—everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help.
The accommodation was amazing, beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and serviced every day, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
We highly recommend the Saga Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable,...

「Extremely disappointed the hotel not possible providing the advance booked supreme class seaview room type at the first three days, due to the room being occupied by others, though the reception officers keen offering alternate room. Outcome, my family had suffered from staying at a down-graded smaller size seaview room during the first three day and returned to the booked supreme class seaview room only at the last 2 days.
Time lost for change rooms leading me quite poor travelling experienced...
