“Gorgeous location, Everything is very spread out so you must be up to lots of walking. Limited restaurant hours and no guest amenities in the lobby. A circuit blew so we lost power at 11:00pm. The pool has no changerooms or full showers or towels, and no robes are available so you have to walk soaking wet from pool to room. Pool itself is great. ”

“It’s spring break in Oregon which you would think would mean more staff or the property being ready to handle that. First impression going to our room was a heaping garbage in front of our room , definitely not emptied an it was still the same after 3 days being there . The pool had no towels for us and we had to wait nearly an hour to get any. Then the sauna was broken, the bathroom in the pool area was not cleaned either . “For a deluxe balcony suite this was the most bare bones that we have experienced at the Inn. Usually wonderful rooms, this time very mediocre. NOT worth the money. Very disappointed this time. Because historically we have had a wonderful time at the Inn we will give it another chance. That room 430 needs a major upgrade with TV tech newer than 10 years ago and the carpet was stained and the baseboard heaters are all rusty. Also, the sliding glass doors/screens are broken and barely work.……

“Staff was wonderful. Especially Madison and the manager. So helpful, patient and accommodating. We were very disappointed in the room we got. I think it was the last room to accommodate for people in the spring break week. I did not know such a room existed as in my many states I have always been in the front row of cottages. The four of us cousins and sisters are in our 70s and the stairs down to the room and down to the second bedroom in the room. We’re very hard to navigate. We were also……
