"Unit is outdated, takes 20 mins to get hot water to shower and only after running all faucets in unit on the hot side. Elevators smell. They need to be cleaned. Parking was fine & the laundry exchanged worked well. Staff were very pleasant."

"Recently stayed for a family trip. The hotel was clean and comfy for the price. Breakfast was good and the gentleman did awesome keeping it stocked. We loved seeing the daily bear visitor. My only complaints are we stayed 3 nights and no one brought clean towels or washcloths nor did they pick up our dirty ones. I also hated that I couldn't enjoy the balcony nor could my kids because someone was smoking Marijuana on theirs and it stunk horribly, I dont care if people smoke but be courteous enough to realize others dont want to smell their skunk weed nor do children need exposed to it."
