「Pool was broken and employees kept saying a few more hours, few more hours. So dissapointed 5 year old. Shower door was malfunctioning and when reported was told maintenance would be up next morning. So it was never fixed making it extremly difficult to help a 5 year old get cleaned. Went to front desk, complained and told to contact expedia for some compensation..was told upon checkout there was a refund sent to expedia but never told how to get refund. Can u help with this?」

「I was very disappointed with my stay. When I arrived, the room had not been cleaned properly. There was a blood stain on one pillowcase and another unknown stain on a second pillowcase, which was unacceptable. The room also smelled like old cigarette smoke, making it very unpleasant. In addition, the bathtub continuously backed up with water while I was using it, and the walls were noticeably dirty. 「The rooms were nice and updated, however as we were sitting eating dinner Friday night after check in we seen a few roaches. The property is smoke free but at night we noticed the smell of marijauana (our party does not smoke) coming from the room beside us. Pool area was clean water was perfect for our son he enjoyed it. There were bugs crawling in the rooms, and the ceiling was leaking. They need some upgrades to their establishment. It also seems as they don’t have the staff to keep it...

「My overall stay was great.. I’m very picky about cleanliness, the bathroom tub should have been cleaner.. I always bring cleaning supplies to ensure my comfort of cleanliness, upon cleaning it was obvious that mopping and additional cleaning should have been done.. But from the naked eye it was clean. The staff was overall nice and friendly. I enjoyed the free happy hour, breakfast option and other amenities.. The hotel is aesthetically beautiful. I felt safe and that’s also very important.」
