Beautiful Riverfront Cabin sleeps 2-4, (2 small kids/ 2 adults). Located on Hwy 62/Crater Lake Hwy, this large studio cabin sits on 200' of the picturesque Upper Rogue River and less than an hour drive to the beautiful Crater Lake National Park.
Cabin sits upstairs and completely remodeled 2019, using all new furnishings, linen, kitchen items, dishes, decor and much more, using beautiful rich colors to create a rustic theme throughout. Sleeps up to 4 persons w/quality memory foam top mattress and convertible leather futon. Futon for (2) two smaller kids, or 1(One) adult as it opens horizontal ( in half), not vertical.
Open living and sleeping area with beautiful river view. Fully equipped kitchen with dinette set comfortably sits 4. A bar with 2 old fashioned tractor bar stools. A full size bathroom, tub/shower combo that includes a small window w/ river view. Outdoor counter height patio chairs on small wrap around deck. Chairs/Tables, small fire pit & BBQ grill on ground level. You must be able to ascent/descend stairs as Cabin is upstairs above a vacant two car garage. Garage contains a Washer and Dryer for guest use only. Also, garage can be a place to store your CLEAN fishing or dry water gear.
Throughout, you will find this clean#classy#cabin adorned with rustic charm. Central Air Conditioning and Heat will be set to Auto for your comfort year round. Small assortment of board games, videos and books are available for use. There is Wifi, NOTE: NO TV Cable service. TV has Smart Screen capability for DVD's and WiFi Internet content for streaming Your Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, Amazon, or your other internet accounts. COUNTRY Wifi - means we have no control over speed or rare outages.

Everything you need or want is within 5-30 min drive. Locally; grocery market, Dollar General, Book store, gift/flower shop & Restaurants. About 15 min to Walmart & 25 to Costco. Great for families, locals, couples or groups. The Rogue River is world-famous for fishing, rafting, breathtaking scenery but limited for swimming due to its cold temperature and swift downstream currents. No direct river access on property. A very short drive to nearby parks that have areas for launching boats/rafts or other, wading, splashing, swimming for the brave. Property offers bank fishing only, bring our own gear or rent it locally and enjoy the gorgeous, scenic views.

NO direct river access for boats or rafts on property, but it's a very short drive to nearby parks that have an area for launching, wading, splashing and swimming for ones who can brave the temperature. River is not for swimming due to size, currents and temperature.
Property offers bank fishing just a few feet from your Cabin. You are welcome to bring our own fishing gear or rent your gear nearby in Shady Cove, at The Fishing Hole where you can also rent rafts. Note: There is a vacation home on the property that is separate & detached from the Cabin. Measures have been taken so it will not interfere with your privacy and you can thoroughly enjoy your stay without interruption.
