「酒店服務同地點都很好, 係龍橋尾下面已有很多食市, 行去Light Marking都好近,維一浴室去水位唔太通 ,早餐好豐富多種類, 生果新鮮 第一日到有生果同朱古力, 好貼心呀」

「남편과 저는 용다리 근처에 있고 주변에 맛집과 산책할 곳이 많아서 이 숙소를 선택했습니다. 위치가 시내 중심이라 조금 시끄럽긴 하지만 밤에는 조용합니다. 저희 방 침구는 깨끗하고 통풍이 잘 되고, 방도 깨끗하고 프로젝터, 냉장고 등 다른 편의시설도 잘 사용할 수 있습니다. 특히 마음에 드는 점은 방에 큰 창문과 발코니가 있다는 것입니다. 아내도 이곳의 인테리어를 좋아해요. 가격도 매우 합리적이고 훌륭한 경험이었습니다. 저희를 응원해 주신 쿠에와 코기 팀에 감사드립니다. 다음에 또 뵙겠습니다.」

「The room was clean and spacious. It had projector with Netflix which was good. The bed was comfortable but the covers were a horrible fabric that kept giving us electric shocks. Only down side was checking in, instead of providing the access code before arrival. We had to wait for them to reply to us even though we told them of our arrival. We ended up sitting outside for 2 hours waiting for them to answer the texts and calls. 」

「我們這次預訂了豪華開房式房間連露台，怎料一去到check in職員說我們的balcony 給封了，原因是旁邊要起樓！ 起初我們都不想小事化大，於是照入住了那間給封了露台的房。入到房，聞到一陣陣霉味，房間比我想像中細，背包放在枱上後便沒有多餘位吃飯，要用洗手盆的枱站著吃！ 還有， 露台給磚頭牆封了，根本就是一間密室！ 起初我跟職員說想換房，但立刻被他們拒絕了，亦沒有退回任何費用 （ 因為房間已變成沒露台沒窗的密室，所以房租理應更平）, 最後他們都是沒有退錢的。 最令我生氣的是，夜晚我洗澡後在床上休息，頭髮還未乾透，便睡著了，第二天醒來發現枕頭袋有發霉的污漬！！ 很嘔心，我想是因為枕頭袋不乾淨，濕水後房間冷氣不夠，於是變發霉了！！！ 我馬上退房，酒店職員檢查房間後說是我把枕頭袋弄污了，要我賠錢！！！ 我怒氣沖天到極點！！！！！」

「the hotel was very nice with a large bed. air conditioner worked really well once we figured out how to use it! it had a very nice balcony as well. a few things to note: the bath/shower situation is weird. the tub has one side raised for a bath, and then the shower head has a holder but water sprays everywhere (no shower curtain or anything). we also had a few small ants crawling on our bags but the bed was mostly untouched. 」

「浴廁是一個空間但是分開兩側由洗手檯隔開。浴廁無對外窗，廁所雖是有裝抽風設備，但是沒有在作用，所以如果有人大號，味道無法散開。另一邊的浴室如果使用，熱氣也是無法散開。」

「The location was good. I could not sleep well in the first night there as the room was facing a construction site which started working at around 7am. I talked to the staff and they were helpful and arranged another room for me, though that was a smaller room (not the room tyle I reserved for). All the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was really good, had many restaurants nearby. I will stay at the Hem next time when I go to Danang. Frankly speaking, the Hem is a lot...

「Very nice, clean and cozy place, staff are very nice and friendly, receptionist Miss Phupong Dao helped purchase Ba Na Hill for me and Mr Hai was the driver who took me there. Such pleasure and fun having these lovely staff on this trip.」
