-3 spacious bedrooms. Master with queen and 43” Smart TV, Second room with queen, third with trundle bed which opens to king.

-Fully functional galley kitchen with all cutlery, utensils and appliances

-Open concept living/dining room area with 55” Smart TV

-Full bathroom with large vanity, tub with shower

-Rec room in semi basement, 44” Smart TV with PlayStation 3 gaming system

-Washer, dryer and treadmill in laundry room

-Deck with barbecue and patio furniture.

-The house will be entirely yours, excluding two storage rooms in the basement and the garage.

-10 minute walk to Malpeque Bay where you can wade in the warm water on a hot day, adventure with your paddle board or chat with Oyster and Mussel farmers.

-Golfing and beautiful beaches within 20 minutes

Fantastic, easy visit to island.

Very convenient location to visit west and central parts of the island. This is a beautiful and spotlessly clean home. The owners have gone out of their way to make everything easy for guests. Very thoughtful and friendly hosts.
