It was a great location. Outside of the hub bub, but close enough to everything. In terms of value, it was outstanding. When you consider the price of hotels in Traverse City, this place was a great value. It was clean and provided the amenities of a home. It was a great springboard location to the area, especially to Interlochen, wineries, Fishtown and downtown Traverse City.

Great stay!

This location was not too close to town but allowed us to be in between many locations centrally. The house was clean and very cute! We just wish the weather was a bit nicer so we could have enjoyed the fenced in yard a bit more.

Very nicely decorated. Had a fenced back yard that worked well for our small dogs. Somehow a sprinkler system was left on automatic, we got a little wet going out at night for dog potty breaks.

The trailer home was just right for us! The common area was very spacious and modern looking. Would recommend adding a side chair or recliner for more seating. The kitchen was well appointed. The home isn’t in what most people would think as a trailer park. It seemed to be as a regular neighborhood, quiet and good proximity to downtown. We enjoyed the fire pit too. Price was very reasonable.
