This is the 2nd year we have stayed here and it’s honestly the best place! So clean and is fully stocked with everything you need. Close to down town so we were able to walk everywhere with east!

Lovely place to stay

Easy to find, near downtown, easy access to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. The condo is clean and comfy. The owners have thought of all your needs. Would love to stay here next time we're in the Traverse City area.

Summer getaway in TC

Great spot for a weeklong get away in TC! The spot is just as advertised, and easy to get to just about everything. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

This property was super clean and in the perfect location. We were able to walk into down town traverse easily it was a super flat and short walk. The condo had everything you could need. The kitchen was perfect and stocked with all your cooking needs. We will for sure be coming back again!

Better Than Expected

First, it was very clean and welcoming. Amenities were more than expected. Close access to downtown TC activities. Helpful information guide for first timers. Great place for a couples getaway.

The owners do a great job here. This was our best stay at VRBO. All the little things like coffee, utensils, trash bags, extra tooth brushes, etc. have been considered. Well cleaned. Very responsive and considerate owners.

Perfect place

I couldn’t have been happier with my stay. The place is immaculate and stylishly decorated. Crisp linens were on the bed. In the bathroom were fresh towels and a little basket of travel size toothpaste, deodorant, toothbrushes and other bathroom necessities you may have forgotten. In the kitchen is ground coffee, all the kitchen supplies you’ll need and a little basket of snacks and oatmeal. A lot of care went into making the stay enjoyable and I’d recommend this place to anyone. I will definitely be back next visit.

Very clean

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this condo, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The cleanliness of the property truly stood out. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a spotless and well-maintained living space. The attention to detail in cleaning was evident throughout the entire place. From the pristine bathroom to the freshly made beds with crisp linens, I felt like I was in a home away from home. Even the kitchen, was impeccably clean and well-organized. Kudos to the host for their commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. It made my stay comfortable and worry-free. We had the absolute best stay at this property. The pictures online were exactly how it was in person. It was clean, new and organized. The host went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and was extremely communicative. Will be staying at this property and with this host again in the future!

Location/cleanlines

We were able to walk to front street for shopping and restaurants. Very nice area even with the hospital close by there were very few ambulances. The condo was very clean and had all the supplies for cooking simple meals. Overall a nice stay! Parking is tight but it worked!

Very Clean and Well Appointed

We loved how clean this rental was. The reason we chose it is because it had top reviews for cleanliness. They were accurate! The owner stocks the unit very well. Lovely soaps and travel shampoos, coffee and power bars. It was just my husband and I so we didn't cook, but it looked like we would have had what was needed it we did. I loved that there were a few extra wash cloths and even some detergent for the washer (even though we didn't use it). I really appreciated all the little extras the owner provided!

The property is very well kept inside and out. Neighbors make little to no noise. Perfect for two people everything was very clean kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room. I drive a GMC sierra 1500 with a 6 1/2 ft bed and was able to park in the specified spot with no issues. Check in/out is wonderful.

Perfect Traverse City condo

We had a fantastic stay in Traverse City! The condo was perfect size for my husband and I. It was immaculately clean, probably the cleanest condo we've ever stayed in! Everything looked brand new! If in Traverse City again, we'll look here first

TC for wedding

Had a great time in TC for wedding and some sightseeing /wine tasting. Condo was very conveniently located within 15 minutes of Timberlee, the wedding venue and also Rove and Brengman Brothers wineries, which we visited before the wedding. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family in the future. The only negative is the parking space, which is very tight if you have a larger vehicle. This was communicated to us ahead of time, so there were no surprises. We just parked across the street at the hospital and had no issues. Very stress-free relaxing trip!

Perfect spot for extended weekend

This was a perfect little spot for a long weekend with a friend. The apartment was really clean. The towels and sheets were perfect; the bed was comfortable; the kitchen was well equipped. The owner left so many extras including coffee, basic toiletries and snacks. It was really nice not to have to run out for morning coffee. The water pressure was great and the shower warmed up quickly. The location was very well situated and we walked to several restaurants. I will absolutely stay here again!

Nice property!

My sister and I were having a mini vacation together. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was spotlessly clean and in a good location. Easy walking to downtown and driving to area attractions. Bed was comfortable. The condo had everything we needed. The only criticism we had is there was no outdoor space we felt we could relax in away from the building itself. There is a small table and two chairs situated on the sidewalk near all the entrances to the units, but it would have been nice to have a small area or even a picnic table somewhere in the yard where you could relax outside without worrying about bothering others. The owner was great. We decided stay an extra night and the owner gave us a discount on that night. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent option in Traverse City

We were so pleased with this property....great location for us (lots of places to walk to), quiet, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Had everything we needed and more. Convenient parking spot was another plus. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Prime location and Pristine Accommodations

This condo is beautiful! I anticipated more noise, as it is in an area near the hospital however, it was very quiet. The cleanliness of the entire condo was stellar. The little extras, such as a soft throw to cover up while reading, water in the fridge, and local coffee was wonderful to have after a 16-hour drive. Traverse City offers much to do but to have a comfortable place to retreat to made the trip better. I would highly recommend. Communication and response time with the host was impeccable. Definitely a 5+ star review!!
