"Our stay at Hotel Renegade in Boise was absolutely five-star from beginning to end. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of downtown with stunning views of the city. Waking up and stepping out onto the balcony to take it all in was such a luxury. The suite itself was beyond anything we expected. The double-sided fireplace between the living room and bedroom made it feel so warm and romantic. The bathroom? Unreal. A giant walk-in shower and the most beautiful copper deep soaking tub overlooking the city — it felt like something out of a magazine. Every detail was thoughtfully done, and everything you could possibly want is right there. The restaurant downstairs is truly five-star quality. Dinner was incredible, and the coffee in the morning was just as impressive. From the service to the atmosphere to the amenities, everything exceeded our expectations. This hotel is everything we’ve been looking for and more. Every time we come back to Boise, this will be our place. Absolutely unforgettable."

"Quiet Rooms"

"The room we were given was pretty sad with stains and old gum on the carpet and stains on the couch. The elevator had two carpet squares lifted at the corners for a tripping hazard. The breakfast was good but tables dirty with front desk staff sitting in eye sight on their phones while I cleaned a table. Overall a very disappointing experience compared to all the Hyatts I have stayed at, first disappointing one. "

"We did not receive the room we paid for the first night. They gave it away. We booked two queen beds they gave us one and had to bring in a roll out bed. The second night they moved us to the room I booked. I assumed breakfast was included but to no avail. You know what you get when you assume? Otherwise everything was fine."

"We arrived at the hotel around 10pm and had no problem with checking in. Our first room was amazing, except the tv wouldn’t connect to the internet for us to watch Netflix. We were going to be hanging out in our room for hours at a time in between our daughters college softball games so it was dire that my husband had Netflix to watch. We called the front desk and the front desk clerk was super nice and was honest when she said she has no idea how to fix the TV. So instead of just leaving us to deal with it in the morning she put us into a new room that was better than the first one we were in!! And she even came to the room to make sure the tv connected to Netflix. She was amazing!! Didn’t quite catch her name but she works the desk at night during the week and was simply amazing!!"
