"It was interesting to have a "kitchenette " that had absolutely nothing in it. No dishes, silverware, utensils, glasses, cups, or pans..... please don't advertise there is a kitchenette if there is nothing to prepare food in it. I reserved a room here for a kitchenette. Otherwise, everything else was fine."

"This is an old style hotel that has been upgraded to luxury standards. The rooms are small, but very well appointed. Robes, soaps and toiletries are all top notch, the sheets are crisp, the shower hot and everything is spotless. Unlike many revamped hotels, a/c was perfectly silent.We had trouble with our tv and after a short delay, we were upgraded to a better room. "I read some reviews about this place and I was skeptic, but honestly, this place was fine. It’s obviously not five star, but for the price, the value is great! My room was clean, but the bed was comfortable and it had all the basics. I also read about this being in a “bad neighborhood,” and that’s not true either. I walked to and from downtown at night with zero issues at all. I was only staying one night, and knew I wouldn’t be needing to be in my room much. For a clean decent place to stay,...
