“Como aspectos positivos agredecer al personal de las comidas su trabajo, súper agradables y atentos (especialmente Carmen y otra mujer muy agradable también que va en traje, no tengo su nombre). En cuanto a la recepción, da gusto tratar con ciertos recepcionistas, pero otros estarían mejor en otro trabajo, ya que parece que les debes algo. En nuestro caso, nada más llegar tuvimos muy mala experiencia. Nos habían puesto en la habitación de discapacitados, cuando ni lo somos, ni era lo que……

“We had a fantastic stay at Son Granot hotel, Miguel, Mario and Ximena and all the staff were so welcoming to us and were happy to help with anything we needed. This is a lovely b&b located just out of a small town (close enough to walk), the pool was perfect for the warm weather!! The room had everything you needed and breakfast was delicious. We also visited the restaurant at the bottom of the drive which was delicious and would recommend (Pulau). We hope to stay here again!”

Camera e bagno belli, ma l'insonorizzazione è quasi assente ed è stato uno dei difetti principali del viaggio. Inoltre la pulizia delle camere e dei bagni è un po' sommaria. Molto bella la vista sulla pineta che si ha dalle camere sul retro. Aspetto migliore dell'hotel: il ristorante, veramente buono. Non avevo alte aspettative, invece mi ha stupito positivamente. Tantissima……

“Here’s a shorter, more upbeat Expedia version that still gives a useful warning: We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were wonderful—friendly, welcoming and helpful—and our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The only downside was parking. The nearby parkade was consistently full, and finding parking in the area was quite difficult, especially with luggage. I would definitely recommend staying here without a car if possible. We also received a message from Expedia saying our check-in……

Gros point négatif qui n'est mentionné nulle part: les chambres avec terasses sont TOUTES communiquantes. Nous avons changé de chambre durant le séjour grâce au personnel attention mais le problème persiste. ”

“Nice place to stay but if you have an issue with the passcode to enter the room, the emergency phone does not work. It happened to us twice.”

“On arrival our room type wasn’t available as the air conditioning wasn’t working however a delux room was allocated and the appropriate compensation was given. We switched to all inclusive at the last minute and found it was one of the best we had. The only frustrating thing was not being able to have the bar menu between 1-4pm. The staff were all friendly and the property was maintained. We will likely return in the future.”
