“Ive stayed here a few times.
The rooms are really nice but it's the second time I've stayed out of about 4 times where the linen/towels have not been clean. I came to replace the towels by ultimately had to give up due to needing to leave. The room wasnt ever refreshed for the next night stay.
For the price (I paid about £400 for 2 days) it dosent really ever match up with the service, everything is too much trouble. Ive given it a few chances but there always seems to be so many friction……

Cons
- Booked 2 x twin rooms but only gave one key card. When we asked and received the second card it blocked access for the original card. This happened for both rooms we booked.
- We stayed 4 nights, it's frustrating that you have to request cleaning by 10am for the following day.
- When cleaning was requested, they made the bed but did not clean the bathroom or replace the towels. When we asked ast……
