「I grew up in Shamokin so I understand most of the homes are historically old and many are row houses. The host does a wonderful job of making the home feel welcoming. Loved the decor and fun layout. The bathroom is large and clean with great water pressure; that's always a bonus. ;)」

「First, the property was unprepared for guests. Key features were not ready to use: the pool water was green and murky (in May) despite specific asks to have it prepared and despite it being prominently displayed on the listing as a major feature of the property. The refrigerator was not on so perishable items could not be kept cold for 24 hours. The Wi-Fi did not work upon arrival. Second, there were structural issues with the property, some of which were unsafe. The kitchen ceiling was leaking...

「It’s a little house/ camper on the farm property. If you don’t mind glamping camper style- you’ll be fine. The deck was really cute to hang out on and it had a great view. The hot tub is not at the little house- it’s at the main house. We drove to it (mainly because it was chilly at night but can be walkable.) The rooms were very small, studio apartment like but still very cute. It had all the essentials and we were very happy with it. 」
