"Lights didn’t work, stove top was dirty, counter was broken looking like it was chewed off by a big dog, bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, the whole room including the sheets reeked of smoke, even though the windows were wide open when we got there. The staff was tired but understandable because it was late, the property was at least quiet and the bed thought stank of smoke was comfy. Overall terrible "

"The staff were super nice! Me and the hubby felt very comfortable too, I’m not sure if this is with every hotel? But there wasn’t hand soap, utensils and the tv remote was not working. But other than that it was a great stay☺️"

"Staff help varies quite a bit here. Some are great and others are super rude. Irritating when they act like I’m wasting their time trying to check into my room. "

"Very clean, great breakfast and pool stays open late. We’ve booked here a few times because we always have a great experience here. "

"This property has been remodeled and modern lobby amenities are very convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable as the price is very reasonable compared to other hotels this close to downtown Spokane."
