「I’ve always had a great stay at the Carnegie. This stay was great until the end. I had to go back in to retrieve a receipt. The gentleman was helping another customer while I was waiting. A lady came to the counter. Never asked if I needed anything, barely acknowledged my presence. A gentleman stepped off the elevator. She acknowledged him and asked if she could help him. I didn’t allow my anger to get the best of me; however, I will never forget this experience. I will always remember her face.」

We absolutely loved our stay at The Downtown Post in The Gracie Suite! From the moment we arrived, it felt comfortable, welcoming, and peaceful. The suite was beautifully done, very clean, and had so much charm and character.
