“My family and i stayed 5 days and would return to stay here again in an instant. The property is central to so many land marks and easy to get to Vatican City. Along the road you can easily get a taxi as many line up for their next passenger. The apartment made it feel like home and staff were extremely accommodating. Fantastic experience.”

“We just checked out and really had great time. This was an excellent option to avoid the crowded downtown area. Last time we stayed closed to colleseum and I didn't sleep much even with ear plugs... Constant honking kept us awake. This time it was amazing! No ear plugs required, comfy bed (I like a stiffer mattress) perfect size for us but really the location was key. We walked around multiple nights at 4-5 am and had zero worries... Clean, safe area. I think the staff went above and beyond with……

“The property was a guest house, the property manager Karla was extremely accommodating and helpful. She made us feel welcomed and was available for any information needed.
The room had some wear and tear, but a lot of nice touches including complimentary drinks, an iron, fridge and hair dryer. The Air conditioning in the room was great and the mattress was firm but comfortable. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a convenient location in Rome with lots of amenities. ”

“交通位置好，門口就有地鐵站，帶著孩子和家中長輩步行15分鐘可至梵諦岡，飯店前台十分友善，我們帶著孩子同行，前台會提供需要的協助，有電梯可以搬行李，方便自駕的旅客，如果到的時候正好有車位，可以停在飯店的停車場，且飯店不是在ZTL內，自駕不必擔心，房間很大，房間內擺飾非常古典優雅，早餐有熱食，選擇還算多，還可以自己現榨橙汁，在小閣樓用餐格外有氣氛，就是房間不能自己煮熱水，要跟前台拿取，其餘的無可挑剔，下次去羅馬還選擇這家酒店!”

“Antonio and his staff are super nice and polite. I was late for check-in on the first day and Antonio waited for my arrival patiently. The room and bed are spacious, new and clean. Location is good - 5 mins walk from metro. Overall the stay is a pleasant experience, as a solo traveler I feel bery safe to stay at this place and would definitely recommend it.
The only downside is perhaps the traffic - there is some noise from traffic at night, a little bit of disturbance but bearable to me.”

“Very close to everything, no need to get a taxi or to drive for sight seeing. We could walk or catch the train easily. The apartment was clean and modern, and our host was excellent! The only slight drawback was that there wasn’t really any common area where we could sit and have a drink which was hard since we were traveling with another couple and would have liked to do so especially in the morning. That being said, we would stay there again, happily.”

“環境整潔服務很爛的地方。
完全沒有櫃檯人員，跟網站敘述不符，入住前一天傳簡訊告訴客人大門和小門密碼以及如何開啟鑰匙櫃取得房間鑰匙，入住資料表在自己房間桌上填寫完和城市稅的錢一起留在桌上隔天打掃人員進房收走、護照自己拍照傳給飯店。
早餐說好聽是無限時間自助其實就是打掃人員結束清潔離開前在早餐吧台上留一條瑞士捲一些派和兩瓶果汁一直放到隔天隨便大家拿。
機場接駁服務其實就是幫客人叫白牌計程車，這不打緊，最誇張的是，講好的時間我們拖著行李在大門口等了半個小時車子都沒來，也沒有任何人打電話或出現通知我們發生什麼事，一直到我們打服務電話去問，才跟我們說車子壞了無法派車，現在再幫我們叫另外一台計程車過來，而且派車的單位有通知飯店人員無法派車，單純就是飯店人員沒有通知我們讓我們在門口乾等，最後還是自己路上攔計程車不然一定錯過托運行李的時間。
整體來講房間乾淨舒適裝潢很新，位於住宅區內很安靜，要搭車要走一段路出去，但完全沒有服務的地方，房價應該要更便宜才對。應該說拖延客人時間的服務比沒有服務還要讓人失望，和網站敘述的服務落差也讓人很失望
