Great spot!

If you’re looking to be within walking distance of downtown with incredible views of Simpson’s Rest, look no further. This house is convenient, clean, and cozy. We have zero complaints about anything. This is our second stay here and I’m sure it will not be our last!

Artsy cottage

The Artsy Cottage is amazing. It is very neat and clean and has all the amenities. It's just like home. Full kitchen which we used to prepare a couple of meals for the friends we were visiting. Our friends in Trinidad are recommending this VRBO for other friends visiting them in the future.

Downtown living in a small town.

Great location, great amenities, and great hosts. We enjoy walking to restaurants, shops and art museums. This was a very conveniently located place near Main Street and most of the downtown area where a good many of the attractions are found. The cottage is clean and cozy and has just about everything you need for a few days in Trinidad. My one request would be reading lights and a clock in the twin bed bedroom.

Peace and Tranquility awaits...

Our stay was amazing. This house was perfect and cozy. Located right off downtown, you can walk the shops. The beds were by far the most comfortable I have ever slept in. They do not skip a beat with all the items in kitchen for your use. The owners respond fast, and take good care of the property. Well worth the price. We will be back for sure!!

Second Time was Easier

This is our 2nd time staying at this home. It was much easier navigating minus the construction around the home. Again, perfect location to downtown Trinidad, with coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Driveway is a bit steep and gravel but ample parking available on street in front of home. Home was clean and ready for our arrival.

Great location just a block off of Main St. Very clean and comfortable - our second stay at this property. Love the 70-80s vibe and great beds. Parked on the street this time. Compact 2wd truck has problems with the driveway last I was here. Be sure to read the owners advice on the driveway! Street parking is just as convenient and saf.

Hidden gem

The house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Our extended family enjoyed the home and the area. There’s construction on the roads in front and side of the home but once we got our bearings there wasn’t an issue. Definitely recommend this home to groups of 2-4 people.
