Casa trovata sporchissima...La mia vacanza è stata quella di fare le pulizie...fortunatamente c'era la lavatrice...semi di cocomero lasciati sui cuscini delle sedie dai precedenti ospiti.... Formiche ovunque...manco l'insetticida è riuscito a debbellarle...una notte ci hanno camminato addosso rendendo la nottata infinita.. Dopo 6 giorni siamo scappati...per carità. Il proprietario ha esordito: ci potevate avvisare? Ma di cosa? Sarebbe stata una chiamata a senso unico non essendo lo stesso sul luogo. Mai più...

Terraza espectacular

Sin duda la amplitud de su terraza y las vistas es lo mejor del apartamento. A pesar de especificar muy bien los datos de llegada del anunciante, la inmobiliaria no sabía nada de nosotros y no nos acompañó al apartamento como se exponía, un primer susto. El apartamento está muy lleno de muebles vacíos y que ocupan mucho espacio, la zona de dormitorio tiene 3 literas y la cama matrimonial, todo junto, en el salón dos sofás cama, da sensación de agobio porque no se puede ni caminar por el salón pero la terraza compensa esa falta de espacio. No dispone de ventilador ni aire acondicionado, lo cual sería necesario. En nuestra estancia no había TV tal y como se anunciaba, tuve que comunicar con el propietario para pedir explicaciones. En la cocina la campana extractora no está conectada. El gas hay que conectarlo en la terraza, sería interesante poner una explicación para que el turista no tenga que descubrilo sólo. Sería recomendable aportar microondas, tostadora, cerillas para encender el gas. Me parece ideal para estancias cortas de 2 personas, para disfrutar mucho de sus vistas en la terraza y los alrededores.

Tramonti spettacolari dal terrazzo

Host molto disponibile alle esigenze dei propri ospiti. Una casa che ha tutto. Posto auto vicino a casa. Location tranquilla con bellissimi tramonti serali. Da migliorare la comodità del letto (e troppi mobili e tende per il mio gusto di casa al mare).

Séjour agréable, vue exceptionnelle sur la mer, appartement fonctionnel et bien pourvu en équipements, pas vus les propriétaires car correspondance uniquement par whatsapp mais tous les documents administratifs ont été pris en charge avant notre arrivée, voiture indispensable pour les visites et les courses !

Possiamo soltanto testimoniare la bellezza in un’isola di per sé paradisiaca che dalla terrazza del nostro appartamento si è espressa pienamente... .

bellissima vacanza

Abbiamo soggiornato le 2 settimane centrali di agosto. Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone. L'appartamento posto sulle alture di Costa Paradiso era nella normalita' e aveva il necessario per passare una buona e tranquilla vacanza, considerando che era in una strada non di passaggio, con particolari dell' arredamento consoni al posto. Eccezionale il terrazzo con veduta sul mare con tramonto mozzafiato che ci ha fatto compagnia per tutta la vacanza. Il proprietario era sul posto ed e' stato molto gentile, disponibilissimo a accogliere le nostre richieste, molto discreto e assoluto conoscitore della zona (quindi prodigo di suggerimenti). Posto meraviglioso, in posizione molto strategica per visitare la costa nord-ovest. Da consigliare assolutamente. Da non perdere una visita a Castelsardo (mezz'ora di strada) e le spiagge di Baracu Nieddu (10 minuti) e cala Li Tinnari (sempre in zona ma da fare col gommone)
