"Cafeteria style for purchase or a restaurant for purchase. Even thought there's six elevators to the blue tower, we had to wait and it was crowded in the evenings. Bed was on the softer side but otherwise the room was comfortable. I wish there were chairs for the balcony. Cardio machines are next to the adult pool and hot tub so expect to be warm while working out. Smaller weight room. A couple intersections within walking distance to the Dundas station/ Eaton Mall. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and quick marts nearby. "
"90% are great except….It is NOT safe to use the safe in the room!! LOL! It was not bolted to the floor or wall. You can lift it up easily. It is pointless to store your computer or passport in it.
Other than the safe, it’s a great hotel! Although the hotel has very boring and old looking exterior appearance but the staff, room, and location had made a huge difference! Centrally located!! Everything is within walking distance. Restaurants, Mall, Super Market are either next to the hotel or 5 to 10 minutes walk. You can take the street car on Dundas. All staffs are friendly and professional. Also Doubletree chocolate chip cookies were given when check in. Clean room and sound proofed! Eight elevators and not crowded nor long waiting time. Full kitchen is great to have even though we dined out every day. We stocked up water and fresh fruits in the full size fridge. Hotel cleaning staff were efficient and amazing people. We stayed on 24th floor. Not much of view from the room because blocked by other buildings. That is ok for us since we go out often. You could choose a hotel has better view but might not be centrally located. We’ve made the right choice to choose Doubletree and would come back to this hotel in the future! It was a pleasant stay! Thank you all!

"Best location for shows on the Budweiser Stage in Toronto. Amazing rooftop pool and the restaurant Valerie was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. What a wonderful weekend! Loved the espresso machines as well.
Would have loved to see bulk soap/shampoo dispensers in showers instead of the mini bottles."
"I spent 6 fabulous nights at the 1 Hotel Toronto and was sad to leave. The service is outstanding and makes it stand out as a premier place to stay. The restaurant options are fantastic as well."

"Absolutely lovely. Clean and fresh, everything worked well, good size apartment, nice and quiet with a lovely balcony, and so easy to access - the instructions were so clear to guide us in the first day, and the mobile key through the app was super easy to use. A great experience, will definitely be back. "
