“Everything was very well organized and I had a great stay. The property was clean and the secure parking was also a big plus. A special thank you to Vishnu (if i spell it correctly) from the breakfast service. His service was excellent and he was always incredibly friendly and helpful. He really made the mornings even more enjoyable. The rest of the staff were fantastic as well. Everyone at reception, the housekeeping team, the gate/security staff, and all the other employees I met were……

“We had a relaxing stay overall. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the beach was lovely. However, recurring issues with communication, follow-through and attention to detail affected our experience. On arrival, the robe was dirty and a few items had been left by previous guests. Before arrival, I asked about a special dinner but was directed towards the usual restaurants. During our stay, we discovered private dining was an option. We were also incorrectly told entertainment was only on……

Port Chambly
