This is an okay budget hotel. It has definitely seen better days, bare minimum has been done maintenance-wise, but the bed was clean and comfortable. The location isn’t great as it’s in an industrial part of the city, but it only took us 30 minutes to walk downtown. I’d say if you’re only looking for a place to crash for the night, you’ll get your money’s worth. Just don’t expect anything fancy.

There was no ice available, no hair dryer, no conditioner and no microwave in the room. Breakfast was provided but something was wrong with the warming trays so all hot foods were cold and I didn’t have any. The units were older and dated. On the plus side, the people were very friendly. The stay was disappointing , especially considering they are affiliated with Wyndham who I thought had a good reputation.

The first room we were given was musty, carpet was old and dirty. The bed was squeaky, the door looked like the cops raided the place. We asked for a refund and the moved us to another room that was more modern and no carpet. The bathroom had a shower and the curtain was on with zip ties. On the positive side, the breakfast was good and hot. Coffee was tasty also. Stay at your own peril

The staff were kind and very welcoming and helpful. Parking was good right infront of our unit. Our room was nice and clean and we had what we needed. The cooling unit was good whenit was very hot, but we coud not get any heat whenit was cool and raining. The breakfast staff were so nice and helpful and everything we had was good. It was so nice that it was included in our room price. A good deal. The area felt safe and was a good location getting onto the mainroad which lead downtown. there was a Walmart close as well as a dollar store and and some restaurants in walking distance. Our room was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable. In the morning, there was a continental breakfast with a wide variety, which was very good! Cons: The hotel is very large, but the doors near the parking lot were either closed or malfunctioning, which was very inconvenient because it was cold outside, and at night you really didn't know where to go to get in. Another inconvenience was that you couldn't change the room temperature. Finally, the noise was very loud; we had neighbors who were very noisy, and their children were running through the hallways, and it was unbearable. If you're looking for a place to rest for one night, this is a very good option, but only if you're lucky with your neighbors!

The room felt pretty neglected. The paint was peeling in places, the heater was strong but the bottom was so dusty. The shower curtain holder was rusty. The place felt a little uncared for. The mattress comfort was fine, the linens seemed clean. The dining room was large. The breakfast was mediocre. The diner down the street was solid. Hotel is in industrial area, close to Walmart, Costco, other shops and was not far from where we were visiting. Would not visit this hotel again.

Wouldn’t of booked if we read the reviews Booked in staff was friendly, got to our room looked nice but closer look dirt found on floor which was missed by cleaning staff. Light over sink didn’t work no real biggie but still? Got in bed we were tired long day, 5mins in bed something cut my eye it was a bedbug scampering across the sheets towards my wife. I killed it, we quickly got up and packed up Went to front receptionist and told him about it. He looked like he didn’t believe me and wanted me to go back with him to the room so we did and I showed him the bug and a quick Google search It was a bed bug. He asked what did we want to do? This was at 1 AM. I said we wanna get an another room to late to leave we figured. No apology just blank look gave us a new room on the second floor. We went up to this room and did a big search in the sheets just to make sure found hairs in the bed and crumbs. We cleaned off the bedsheets so tired we went to bed anyways. Kept our clothes on and stayed the night. Next day when we checked out, we mentioned to the new front receptionist and he didn’t give us no apology only a blank look didn’t say anything to us. After reading the views, somebody else had the same room that we were in Rm 101 had bedbugs a couple weeks earlier!!! Sad we mentioned this to the front receptionist so obviously they knew that room had bedbugs and I told him to not give that room out. He never said anything. Will not be staying here anymore.
