Wir konnten die Unterkunft leider nicht nutzen. Bei unserer Ankunft befand sich kein Schlüssel in der angegebenen Schlüsselbox, sodass ein Check-in nicht möglich war. Der Gastgeber konnte uns keine alternative Unterkunft anbieten, sodass wir kurzfristig selbst eine neue Unterkunft organisieren mussten. Dadurch ging wertvolle Urlaubszeit verloren. Die Situation war sehr enttäuschend und vermeidbar. Reisenden, die auf einen reibungslosen Self-Check-in angewiesen sind, würden wir hier zur Vorsicht raten.
