"Fantastic central location within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and all the main tourist attractions. Harbour-facing rooms have beautiful views and, if the weather is clear, you may even see the northern lights. The breakfast was amazing with a great selection. Would definitely stay here again."

"1) there is no reception 2) checkin was little confusing as there were lot of codes 3) rigid hotel policy no possibility of checking in early or late 4) the cleaning staff knocks your door at 10 whilst the check out time is 11:00 - and hotel staff will send you emails and reminders over and over again for check out 5) they ask us to remove the rubbish and bins ? Why it’s a hotel and not a hostel 6) for bag storage they charge extra 10 pounds? Why 7) it’s far from centre not so great location 8 there was ice all over the walk way - atleast put some driver or greet so customers don’t slip and fall "

"Clean room though room set up a little odd, for plugs, only 1 nightstand table to put phone(s) and getting to corner view location (had to move hanging light to see out it). Still overall enjoyed our stay and staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location, not a far walk from hotel to the main area and right by bus station and where many tours pick up. "

"The only thing that is going for this hotel! Location!!! Everything else is bad the size of room the lack of cleanliness. The staff not so great l, just one girl on my first day checking was wonderful. Since I saw the size of the room with 2 suite cases and 2 carry one plus 2 bag packs. It was impossible to handle it in one room. I ended up getting another single room. Mind you not much of a difference between both rooms. If you are on the heavy side there is no way 2 people can fit their double bed. I try to get my money back after checking in when I saw the room but no luck getting my money back at that point."
