"A great hotel ideally placed for exploring Tromso. Would thoroughly recommend."

"I want to start by saying that the staff at this hotel are lovely and the hotel is situated in a very good location. However, our TV stopped working on the third night of our stay and some of the power sockets in the room also stopped working. We immediately reported this to the front desk, where we were told that it was likely due to the snow and it would be okay in the morning. The next day the tv and power sockets were still not working, we reported this in the morning and were told it would be looked at. When we returned that afternoon, they were still broken. We reported this again and were told that there were no staff in the hotel who would be able to fix this issue. For the amount of money we paid to stay at this hotel, I am very disappointed that we were not offered an alternative room or any compensation to amend this issue. Until the staff are trained on how to resolve these issues or better solutions can be provided, I would not recommend staying here and will be looking for a partial refund. "

"The staff was receptive and helpfull. Clean and confortable acomodations. Hairdryer malfunctioned during my stay but the staff provided me another one right away. Location is close to the center and bus stops."

"Perfectly located with a stunning setting around the lagoon and coast. The hotel is very spacious and well laid out with a great outdoor setting. The boat houses by the lagoon were amazing with incredible views, including the Aurora. The bar and restaurant were both very good with a great selection. When considering the price, location and amenities, this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend."

"The room was clean and the hotel was nice. The lighting in the room was very dark though. Our room was also unfortunately positioned by the street and it was very loud at night. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff was polite."
