I think it would be good if the establishment conducted an evaluation of these issues to determine where to place each person and ensure a healthy, hygienic, and peaceful environment.”

“In generale tutto molto soddisfacente, la struttura molto bella e comoda in centro e sul fiume, comodissima per la fermata del bus per l’aeroporto. La colazione eccellente, anche con un reparto orientale, cibi gluten free e vegan. Camera con un king size eccezionale, e anche se la richiesta era di due letti singoli, ci hanno trasformato le lenzuola in due singole, così siamo state soddisfatte ugualmente.”

“Easy to get to everything in the town and well maintained, clean, quiet rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of choice. If we had one gripe, it was that the rooms were quite warm, even with the air conditioning at max. Very pleasant stay.”

“This was convenient to the train station. Shops. restaurants and many tourist attractions. The staff are lovely, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast you would have to see to believe. I have never seen a breakfast buffet like this and the food tasted as good as it looked. There were so many options you would have to stay for weeks to try them all. It was amazing. I hope I can travel this way again. I would love to spend more time in Trondheim and would choose this hotel again. ”

“They do not have body lotion in the room. I was standing in front of the reception staff waiting to be served for checking in. He was'nt busy. He just looked at me without saying a word. I approached him first instead of him approaching me as a guest. Being a guest relations job must be courteous to anyone. It is just my experience at that moment. I presumed he's not like that all the time.”
