Beautifull appartement with great view

Beautifull, well equiped appartement with a great view over Lago Maggiore. A good place to visit the surroundings, a boattrip to Cannobio is a must. But don’t forget Tronzano and Pino Lago Maggiore, nice places with good alimentari. The owner is nice, helpfull and quickly responds.

Tolle Ferienwohnung im Norden der Ostküste

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Alles war so, wie man es erwartet bzw. wie es vorab in der Anzeige ersichtlich war. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Besonders hervorzuheben: natürlich der Ausblick, aber auch die vielen "kleinen Details" in der Ferienwohnung, z.B. der Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse + Wohnzimmer und der überdachte Abstellplatz für das Auto. Man merkt, hier hat sich jemand Gedanken gemacht. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieter war vorbildlich.

Hallo, Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit am Lago Maggiore in Maccagno. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, alles Sauber und auch an Ausstattung alles da. Sehr schöne große Terrasse mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den See. Unser Vermieter Alex war sehr nett. Hat auch bei Ankunft alles gut erklärt und Tipps gegeben und war auch immer erreichbar. Einzig die Baustelle vor dem Haus war etwas störend, aber auch hier kam uns Alex mit dem Preis entgegen.

Kein Vergnügen - Baustelle verschwiegen

Freundliches Willkommen durch Alex; gute Instruktionen. Gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Schöner Blick auf den See. ABER: Baustelle vor dem Haus: von morgens bis abends Pressluftbagger, furchtbar laut und Vibrationen. Wurde in der Ausschreibung nicht benannt. Völlig unakzeptabel. Außerdem: keine Möglichkeit das Bad zu heizen (Ende Oktober !). Fernsteuerung für Zimmerheizung: Batterie leer. Wlan: defekt. Beschreibung für Heizung: italienisch. Pallettheizung laut. Also: Schöne Wohnung, aber nicht zur Zeit (Baustelle) und nicht im Herbst/Winter. Teilweise unzutreffende Ausschreibung.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Wir haben 17 schöne Tage am Lago Maggiore verbracht. Wohnung war wie beschrieben in Ordnung, sogar eigener überdachter Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Fabelhafter Ausblick auf den See. Das ganze Objekt ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber es hat seinen eigenen Charme. Wir würden wieder hierher kommen.

Erholsamer Urlaub mit toller Seesicht

Wir haben zum zweiten Mal in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung unseren Urlaub verbracht. Die tolle Seesicht und das lichtdurchflutete Wohnzimmer begeistert uns sehr. Dieses Mal konnten wir sogar den einfach zu bedienenden Pellet-Ofen zeitweise in Betrieb nehmen, welcher eine angenehme Wärme in die Wohnung brachte. Danke Alex für die zuvorkommenden Betreuung. Wir hatten einen tollen Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und im gepflegtem, hochwertigem Zustand - mit ansprechender Terasse; und gut ausgestatteter Küche. Der Besitzer, Alex, ist ausserordentlich hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhafter Blick über den Lago

Schön, wenn alles passt

Wir können nur sagen: Danke für alles. Die Wohnung entsprach in allem unseren Erwartungen, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend, die Ausstattung sehr modern und aus unserer Sicht sehr gut. Das Schönste war der Blick über den Lago Maggiore. Aber auch Lugano, Locarno und Ascona sind sehr zügig zu erreichen. Einkaufen kann man in Maccagno in einem gut sortierten Supermarkt. Kurz: Wir fanden es super, danken Alex und würden die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Vorab ein kurzer Hinweis, da die Adresse etwas verwirrend ist: die (private) Straßenauffahrt von Hausnummer 16A hoch fahren! Alex ist ein netter, unkomplizierter aber gewissenhafter Vermieter, dem sehr viel am Komfort und Wohlbefinden der Gäste liegt. Die Wohnung ist in Sauberkeit und Ausstattung ein Traum! Zum ersten Mal, dass es mir wirklich gar nichts gemangelt hat! Die Aussicht ist fantastisch, was allemal wett macht, dass man nur auf einer sehr, sehr schmalen Straße (Single-Track-Road) ohne Haltebuchten zur Wohnung kommt. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist im Nachbarort (ca. 10km). Mein Partner und ich würden hier auf alle Fälle wieder wohnen wollen!!!

Kurzaufenthalt

Wohnung befindet sich in einer Wohnanlage mit Ferienwohnungen, etwas abseits gelegen. Sehr gute Grösse der Wohnung, besonders bei Benutzung durch 2 Personen. Bei Benutzung mit 4 Personen wäre das Bad evtl. eher zu klein. Ansonsten sehr gute Ausstattung an Küchengeräten und Geschirr. TV ohne deutsche oder Schweizer Sender. Sehr schöne Aussicht auf den See vom grossen Balkon. Einweisung durch den Vermieter war sehr gut und detailliert. Insgesamt ein schöner und erholsamer Kurzaufenhalt

Wir waren sehr wohl gefühlt

Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist in wunderschöner Lage, mit herrlichem Panoramablick. Die Wohnung war sauber und es war für alles gesorgt. Da unser Aufenthalt jedoch im April war, hatten wir erst am frühen Nachmittag Sonne auf der großzügigen Terrasse.
