“Le logement est bien situé, à quelques centaines du centre ville. Le personnel nous a accueilli très agréablement . Le lounge permet de se détendre en profitant du journal du jour, et de boissons chaudes.le petit déjeuner était très varié , Amateur de muesli, j'ai pu profiter de tous les accompagnements . les fromages de la région sont également bien représentés.la chambre est agréable. il y a peu de places dans le parking de l'hôtel, mais un grand parking se trouve à proximité pour quelques……

“Very compact room but well laid out. Quiet. The only complaint is that it is quite remote and because we had not eaten we wanted to eat at the restaurant the evening of arrival. The lady said we had not booked and it was full so not possible which I consider awful service, especially on a Sunday when any shops would be closed. We fortunately had some nuts and apples that evening but it has put me off the place for any future trips.”

“The room was very nice as was the spa facilities. However despite having to catch a booking for Le Shuttle requiring an early check-out at 6am I discovered my car was locked behind a lot of other cars in the underground car park. Clearly a lack of communication as it was also affecting another couple of guests. I managed to leave the hotel 1.5 hours later and thankfully just managed to get to the Le Shuttle on time. The staff were helpful but the process needs to improve.”

“Loved our overnight stay at this historic hotel in perfectly situated in the old town with its own small car park. All the staff were friendly and helpful , breakfast buffet was excellent with fresh orange juice , homemade pastries and local preserves. Our room was large with traditional furniture / furnishings including a very comfortable four poster bed - no air conditioning but several fans , and a large modern bathroom .”

“This is a really unique, beautiful hotel with a lovely atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast, though expensive, was excellent. Recommended.”

“Disabled room was large and accessible. Family room was also large with shower and loo in different rooms.”

“Slecht onderhouden hotel waar alles erg verouderd is. Onze familiekamer was niet heel schoon met nog haren in het bad en een niet goed werkend toilet. Ook het eten in het restaurant en het ontbijt in de bar is zeer matig en daardoor veel te duur. De minigolf banen zijn in slechte staat. Het zwembad is heel basic al was het water wel schoon.”

“Excellent stay — I only wish we had stayed longer. The room was very spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. I particularly loved the beautiful décor with cotton flowers, a lovely touch reflecting Troyes and the region’s textile heritage. Breakfast was excellent. We stayed for just one night, so unfortunately didn’t have time to explore all the facilities. Definitely a place we would love to return to.”
