    Newly remodeled from top to bottom, each level of this 5BR/3BA home offers separate heat controls to ensure your group's comfort. Other pleasing household amenities include a specialty magnetic induction cooktop and garage parking.



    Nestled between hiking and biking trails, Tahoe Donner offers access to a private beach, downhill ski resort, cross-country trails, and an equestrian center. Check out the Trout Creek Recreation Center's pools, and fitness center for a small daily fee.



    Tahoe Donner fine dining is just around the corner. Award-winning Lodge Restaurant & Pub serves up classic bistro-style cuisine, and Alder Creek Cafe is your go-to for farm-fresh lunches.



    LIVING AREA



    Soaring windows line the open-concept living room, furnished with a sectional, recliner, and 40in TV. A wood-burning stove is surrounded by an impressive hearth and adds warm ambience.



    KITCHEN & DINING



    The newly remodeled kitchen features ample counter space and stainless steel appliances, including a specialty magnetic induction cooktop. The breakfast bar offers seating for two, while the adjacent dining room seats six.



    BED & BATH



    There are two bedrooms on the lower level with access to the deck. The primary bedroom has a king bed, armchairs, and a 20in TV. The second bedroom features a twin daybed. The shared bath boasts a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.



    On the third floor, the third bedroom has two twin beds. The fourth guest room offers a queen bed, bay windows, chair, and en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Find a queen bed in the fifth bedroom, and a walk-in shower in the shared bathroom.



    OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES



    Step out to the expansive two-story deck to enjoy woodsy views, a gas grill, and comfy outdoor furniture.

    Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, ping-pong table, garage parking for one vehicle, and driveway parking for two vehicles.



    Your reservation includes two passes that allow a total of eight guests to access the Trout Creek Recreation Center for a nominal daily fee per person. Amenities include swimming pools, a fitness center, and sauna, as well as access to the Tahoe Donner Tennis Center and the Beach Club Marina.     Public amenities include family-friendly skiing at Tahoe Donner Ski Resort. For sledding and tubing, make your way to Snowplay, or explore 100 km of trails at the Tahoe Donner Cross Country Ski Center. Love the updated kitchen & baths. Kitchen was well stocked. 5 bedrooms was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 2 children. Wood burning stove is a really nice feature as well as a washer & dryer.

Perfect house for the perfect weekend with friends

We stayed with another family and the house could not have been more perfect. Split level with one family upstairs, the other family downstairs and kitchen, living, and dining rooms in the middle. Large, super clean, perfectly stocked and cozy. The pictures really do not do the quality of the house justice and everything was perfect. I am already trying to book a return trip for this summer.

We loved the place! Modern with cozy feeling!

We enjoyed it! It had all the amenities we needed and more. This being our first time renting a home, we were a bit skeptical but soon enough our concerns were put at ease. We loved the modern style updates and it's "home" like feeling as well, good balance. Our families were very excited and we left with a positive outlook. Easy and Fun

We had no problems booking the property and there was plenty of communication in regards to getting into the home. It's in a nice are of Truckee and close to downtown and the shops. The house was clean, comfortable, and big. There was plenty of room and the bedrooms were a little spread out so everyone could have their own space. That was a nice feature. My son loved the Ping Pong table. We would come back again.

Weekend Getaway

A very nice place. Great location. Well stocked and a nice layout. We all enjoyed the space and surrounding areas. The only complaint is that check in was at 4:00 pm. and we were not allowed access to exactly 4. We had driven a long way and arrived shortly after 3:00 p.m. So we waited in the car for an hour uneccesarily I feel.
