Great home

I would definitely rent this place again. It was perfect for our family and a great place. If you have kids, the playroom is awesome!

Location was great. Fast and easy communication with host. Allowed an hour early check-in first day, which was very helpful. Would definitely book and stay here again.

Great vacation place

We had excellent time for Thanksgiving. House is very comfortable with plenty of space. Very nice secluded and quiet location. Kids play room was great, keeping them occupied for hours! Will definitely come back to this place!

Great cabin and location

We really enjoyed our stay. Cabin is in a great location near the Tahoe Dinner recreation center with lots of amenities. Close drive to Donner Lake and downtown Truckee. Plenty of room for our group of 5 adults. The owner allowed a late checkout, wihich was very helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent home in nice location

We stayed here for 10 days during the summer and had a wonderful time! The house had everything we needed, in the kitchen and elsewhere. We really liked the home layout, the back deck looking out onto the woods (great spot for morning coffee), and the very fast internet!

Very nice getaway in Truckee

Overall, this is a very nice place to stay. Really convenient to all of Truckee and all the ski slopes in that area. House is very spacious and nice. Like many of these places we stay at though, small things like not enough spoons, no salt shaker, no dishwasher soap, etc. tend to be a bit annoying, but not enough to give it a bad review.

Fun Pre-Christmas Visit!

This is a lovely property that was set up very nicely for an "Early Christmas Celebration" with family members! We had 4 adults, a 4-year-old and a 2-year-old. Plenty of welcoming spaces and lots of amenities. Just note that the "play room" is separate from the rest of the main house (in case you have 'littles' who need supervising). The back yard is the perfect set up for snow play! Communication with property manager was stellar, as there were a couple of tiny glitches that needed clearing up. They even allowed us early check-in, which was much appreciated! Would love to have had larger beds, but that was the only real complaint. Looking forward to the next time we get to visit!

Tahoe Winter Wonderland!

Perfect spot to take the kids skiing for the first time. Close to everything. Quiet neighborhood. The backyard is ideal for snow play for the kids, nice and safe. Our family had a lovely stay! Wish the beds were bigger. King in the master would have been nice. But not a really big deal. More washcloths and hand towels too. Good thing i always bring my own, there was only 1 in the master bath. Overall, would definitely stay again!

Truckee Retreat

Fantastic house! Kitchen is well stocked for cooking, Plenty of places for people to go and spread out. The room above the garage was an added bonus (great for kids to play and have fun, or a quiet spot to relax). We would definitely stay here again. Tha ks

Winter wonderland!

We had an amazing stay after a late spring snow storm which made our visit extra special. The kids loved the playroom and we’d love to come back sometime soon! The property is clean and felt very safe and secure. Thanks for having us!

Wonderful place!

Had a great time! Location was perfect. Not far from gym and palisades Tahoe. Also, the kitchenware was probably the best I’ve seen at a vacation rental which is big deal when you plan on cooking all week for a group of hungry skiers. Will definitely look into booking again! Would recommend getting a 4WD car with snow mode for when the snow dumps because it can get dicey.

Spacious, clean, great location

In Tahoe for the long Labor Day weekend - mix of activities including golf, hiking and time on the lake. This house was a great place for us all to gather and have fun when not out and about. Thanks to the hosts

Location, space and activities galore!

This cabin was a perfect fit for our family weekend. The cabin was clean, spacious and quaint just like the listing says. The additional play space for kids was a big hit :) The location was so convenient to eat, shop and do activities. The owners/management even let us check in early at no extra charge - a huge courtesy that made our entire weekend! Overall, a great experience from booking to checking out, I highly recommend and would stay again.

Ski Weekend Trip

My friends and I had a lovely stay here! Place was spacious, and we enjoyed the games provided. Only comment is that the driveway was a bit steep - making it difficult to pull up our cars in the snow (even with all wheel/4-wheel drive).
