Perfect spot for a family ski getaway

This property is located within the Welk resort, which functions more like a hotel than some of the other Village condos. The resort offers maid service, lots of activities for children, and a ski valet. My kids loved the playroom. The resort is also located right next to the Ritz Carlton gondola, which is free. Great condo with great amenities!

Perfect choice for a family vacation!

The Condo was clean with comfortable furniture and a pleasing layout. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and appliances. We cooked a lot. The dining table seated 8-10 plus there were 4 island stools. The bathrooms were large and beautifully appointed. Also, there was a washer and dryer and an area near the entry to hang coats and store shoes. I would highly recommend this condo for a family.

Great place

This condo is in the Welks Lodge and it is perfect. Walking distance to the gondolas and chair lifts and to the village. The 3 bedrooms were great and everything was there for a pleasant stay. Susan was also a pleasure to work with. She was on top of every message I sent her and we had no problems what so ever. I will definitely be staying here again.

Great location and ease for family

The Welk property made our stay for our family of 4 incredibly convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner with the ingredients we brought. The pool and hot tub or a perfect place for everyone to spend time after a great day of skiing. The parking for our SUV with a box on top was easy and heated!! And we all really appreciated the gym which was fully equipped. The mountains were a minute of a walk away. And the ski valet and gondola up to mid Mountain made it incredibly easy to get an early start every morning . There were also plenty of linens in all the bathrooms even though housekeeping wasn’t coming. We were visiting as a family of 4 with 2 teens. We really appreciated how responsive and kind the owner of the property was as well

Great stay.

We had a great stay in this 3 bedroom 3 bath condo. It was very clean and the layout was very nice. The proximity in the village to everything is great. It would have been nicer if they had a little spices besides salt and pepper, maybe some cooking spray, otherwise it was perfect.

Perfect for Families

We loved the size and layout of the condo. We had plenty of room and enjoyed all the amenities of the resort. It was great to have everything within walking distance. The services were excellent and responsive even though it was Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We would definitely go back to NorthStar and this Unit was perfect for us.

Modern, Spacious and Super Clean winter getaway

We stayed a week during our kid's ski week break. The unit is modern, spacious and super clean. Will definitely book again.
