“Staff was professional and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. The shower was the only low point. There was no barrier to contain the water inside of the shower. So, the water from the shower would spread to the floor outside of the shower. Outside of that, the room met my expectations.”

“THE GOOD PART: My room was clean, and the bathroom was VERY clean. The host is absolutely nailed that part. EVERYTHING ELSE: Not the best experience… This place is a very large house, with over a dozen bedrooms that are all numbered like hotel rooms. It is located inside of an extremely upscale gated community resort. This resort obviously had a lot of HOA rules, as evidenced by the various parking and garbage rules that I was sent in my agreement to stay there. That is understandable, but it……

“Day time front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. We had to check in after hours and go through the security guard. That wasn’t the best experience only because it took us 3 calls to him for him to call us back after waiting outside the office for about 10 minutes. But he got us our key and all was fine. The room was basic but clean and just what we needed for a quick stay. Ceiling fan was a huge plus. We did not use the amenities. The shower was a huge very high set garden tub which was……

“First problem was I had no access to the bathroom I could get in the front door in the bedroom but I had to leave and go to the nearest restaurant to use facilities. Then when I return to the room I was able to get in the bathroom but the bathroom was moldy the common area with shared with a lot of people and it was all dirty I couldn't even put in on the counter. Because of that I left. I would appreciate a refund for not being there Tuesday or Wednesday. ”

“It was okay.. I wouldn’t stay again. Our room was extremely outdated with carpet flooring and just felt meh. The check in process was ridiculous as they valet your car we watched the valet drivers backing into other vehicles and damaging them. ”

“Ad did listed as whole house. Only renting rooms. Pool dirty. Wasn't cleaned until the next day. Ice machine on fidge broke no ice in the house. No hangers in closest, carpet dirty, not enough parking for guest. Had to move cars constantly. Only stayed because I rented for two nights. Also no benches or stands for luggage. No sitting chairs in the room.”
