"The check-in process was seamless, and the staff helped us out by holding onto our bags for a few hoursbafter we checked out.The neighbourhood is lovely and so close to the historic quarter. It was a great place to stay and enjoy Narita for a day."

"Me and my partner had a lovely night here. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and of course the cypress bath was amazing! We also enjoyed the rain shower. The hotel is a bit hard to find as it's tucked back into a residential neighborhood, but that meant it was pretty quiet. Google maps got us there fine though. If you're after someplace that's low key and relaxing, this is a good spot!"

"The staff at the International Garden Hotel are the sweetest nicest people! They treated us so well during both of our stays! The hotel was clean & well maintained. The room was quite large compared to some other hotels we stayed at in Japan. And they offered free shuttle services to & from the airport & the Narita train station. This saved us time & money & we are truly grateful for that! Thank you to the beautiful staff at the International Garden Hotel in Narita for making our stay incredible! 😃"
